♡ ETUDE HOUSE Bling in the Sea Nail Polish Collection ♡

みなさん、こんにちは!

As everyone has probably guessed by now... I definitely have a problem when it comes to online shopping but I seriously could not resist the fact that I could win the entire 'Bling in the Sea' nail polish collection for less than £10 with free p&p when each bottle costs about £2.50 without the p&p added... so you do the maths there. I am legit so thrilled with these polishes and I have no clue whatsoever on which one to use first... most difficult decision I've had to make in while!

♡ Lime Crime Opaque Lipsticks ♡

みなさん、こんにちは!

Last month I received a present from a very generous friend of mine and inside the parcel was three (yes that's right THREE of them) Lime Crime opaque lipsticks! I was extremely shocked when the three boxes fell out onto my lap... and my friend's excuse was that she had 'over purchased and so had spare laying around'... HOW CAN YOU DO THAT EXACTLY?! I KNOW THE PRICES WOMAN but luckily I got my own back on her and surprised her with a goody box full of her favourite English treats!

Anyway going off tangent here just a little bit... in the above right picture you can see that the three colours I received were 'Centrifuchsia', 'Mint To Be' and 'D'Lilac'. These were actually the three colours I've had my eyes on since the day I found out about Lime Crime and gosh it sure was exciting to finally have these three colours in my collection!

Normally if I receive more than one of the same item I would do separate blog posts for them but this time I'll do just one rrreeeaaallllllyyy long one... and maybe do long ones in the future instead of spreading them out... idek anymore ; n ;

Centrifuchsia
"Fuchsia (deep pink), amplified to a cosmic degree!"

So first off is 'Centrifuchsia'... I love love love this colour for the dark pink as it sort of reminds me of something you'd want to use for 40s style make-up? All of the lipsticks are so so so creamy and easy to glide on and are so POW POW in your face - which I presume is the angle Lime Crime decided to aim for - and even the smell of these lipsticks are nice? I know... I'm going onto smell now but they kind of remind me of a mixture of popcorn and twizzle sticks where as other lipsticks I have used in the past - and I'm not saying that I go around sniffing lipsticks on purpose - but I have a rather sensitive sense of smell and so as soon as I open a box of something it's the smell that hits me first. Centrifuchsia is definitely the lipstick out of these three that I would wear the most and even most of my friends (and some of my colleagues from work) have said that this is the colour that suits me the most.

D'Lilac
"Crème de lavender, for post-modern Marie Antoinettes!"

Secondly is the ever so lovely 'D'Lilac' and again, like Centrifuchsia, this lipstick is so so so creamy and glides on nicely and smoothly. I did however have to use a lip concealer underneath this lipstick as my lips are extremely pigmented and so I was pretty paranoid that the colour wouldn't show up well and it was a good decision to do so as the colour (again) was very POW POW.

Mint To Be
"Pastel mint green"

At first glance... 'Mint To Be' has been my favourite colour since day one and it still is to this day (despite Centrifuchsia trying to battle for the top spot recently) and the picture I've taken of it here doesn't really give the colour any justice because it is such a lovely pale mint green colour. Again I had to use my lip concealer underneath this colour (curse you pigmented lips!!!) but it helped make the colour stand out even more so I don't regret using the concealer underneath at all.

Pros
↑↑ extremely pigmented colours with all three shades
↑↑ non chemical smell like other lipsticks I've used before
↑↑ great for making a change with your make-up
↑↑ can be used for day or night looks

Cons
↑↑ price...
↑↑ easily melts

Overall Verdict; ★★★★★
I love them... I love these lipsticks and even though I've heard bad and good things about this brand but in all honesty I've had nothing but good experience with the products.

♡ LUNATIC LEMONY LOLLIPOP Produced By AMO ♡

みなさん、こんにちは!

I think it's safe to say that AMO is quite possibly everyone's favourite rising star at the moment... especially mine as her fashion sense is perfection and I am extremely jealous of her hair colour /sobs forever in the corner/ I also do love her eyelash line she has done with Ayamo and Eyemazing to create cute and fashionable lashes... but I'm not here to talk about that... I'm here to talk about AMO's new clothing / wig line... well I think it's new?

I love love love the entire layout of the webpage with its mystical... night... some form of pastel type thing going on and what the site has to offer is also love worthy. I think it's sweet that there was a little 'story' page about AMO and the clothing line... my Japanese is awful and reading is actually my weakest point so I honestly cannot translate what it exactly is said;

The next link after the story is actually a page dedicated to outfits of this particular line... what could go with what etc etc and I really agree that this is a great idea to use as sometimes people don't know what goes with what and what looks good together etc so with this small guideline you'll know what you'd like and what it goes with;

I personally like no. 4 and no. 5!

Next we have the whole catalogue of products in sections... so there are full outfits, furry outercoats, wigs, skirts and head accessories which makes shopping and seeing each item a whole lot easier for a customer within the countries as well as overseas (like myself)

I definitely already have a few items that I'd quite happily acquire... is there anything here that catches your eye at all? I already adore the LUNATIC LEMONY LOLLIPOP line as it's already in my top ten favourite Japanese fashion brand line!

Please check out the website and full products; here

♡ Etude House Rosy Tint Lips ♡

みなさん、こんにちは!

Late as per usual... but when I finally decided to venture back onto Etude House's website what would behold me but a new line of make-up. It's not exactly a whole line... only a new lipstick slash lipgloss (?) but in some seriously beautiful colours and each individual colour definitely reminds me of a rose garden

I think what interests me the most about this new product is how you can have two purposes with each lipstick. One being creating an ombre effect - where the colour is prominent in the middle of you lips and then you gradient the colour out to the edges - and the second effect  comes across just a full matte colour. I'm really bad at explaining the second one d'oh!

I honestly do not have a favourite colour as of yet... but I'm certain that I'm going to have to sneakily nab a few of these once it gets released! I also liked how on the website they give you a couple of ideas of how to design your make-up around the two effects (hence the two word boxes)

Check out the homepage and the Rosy Tint Lips page here
