Ahhh I am so excited about writing this post that I could spontaneously combust! I won't though... I will try to keep it together for a while ヽ(´▽｀；)/♪

Now; if you're an avid Sailor Moon fan like myself, then you would have heard about the cosmetic line they brought out in collaboration with Creer Beaut Cosmetics and sold via Premium Bandai! Unfortunately they were originally unavailable to oversea buyers but luckily Dreamybows were able to get some in stock and sold them at Hyper Japan! I think they're putting the rest up on their online store by the end of the week ♡

Here is more information about the compact from sailormooncollectibles.com; "After a lot of fan requests for transformation items, they decided to make the first authentic adult makeup product with the Crystal Brooch! The actual product name is “Sailor Moon R Moon Miracle Romance Shining Powder“, which will be the first of the “Miracle Romance” cosmetics series. It is a pressed powder that prevents an oily look on your skin, perfect for touching up your makeup. It is formulated with moisturizing ingredients to leave your skin feeling soft and plump. The powder is a glittery pink tone which gives your skin a bright and glossy look. When you open the lid of the compact, a princess floral fragrance spreads gently"

I do want to add that I want to thank Dreamybows for being able to get their hands on these gorgeous products and to my mama Sharan for getting me the lipbalm as a birthday present! I honestly would have just purchased both by myself but she was so insistent and omg I nearly cried at her generosity I love her to pieces!! ♡♡♡ Now, enough talking... let the pictures do the rest of whatever it was I wanted to say but cannot remember now;

Aren't they just stunning though?! I love how the compact is just like a small proplica (prop slash replica) and I cannot wait until my new shelving has been put up in my room for me to display these stunners in all their glory!!! Sorry... I'll stop fangirling now and leave you to your dinners ♡

♡ Sakura Hatsune Miku Nendroid ♡

The one thing I wanted to purchase at the expo last month was a figure. At one point, I didn't mind if it was a figma or a nendroid but I knew that I wanted a figure and holy shit (excuse my language) I was going to get my hands on a figure. That was, until, I heard from my best friend that Good Smile Company was going to have a booth at expo and when I saw the list of what they were selling, I instantly knew what I was going to get and going to get it I indeed was (wow, I am so sorry)

Good Smile Company (グッドスマイルカンパニー) specialise in hobby products, specifically figures from animes, games and even popular tv series, and they seem to be pretty much one of the biggest companies to ship these products to customers outside of Japan. All of their products are of the highest quality from the moment they are planned to the moment they are released. Heck, I'm not going to lie, but Good Smile Company (other than J-Box/J-List) will be the only company I will ever purchase/pre-order future figures from because they're... just the best from what I have heard to what I had experienced at expo.

I had my mind set on two figures, the Sakura Hatsune Miku Nendroid and/or the Magical Snow Miku Nendroid... it depended on the price really but when seeing the figures in person, there really was only one clear winner and that was the Sakura Miku version. I actually loved how on the side of the box, there were different examples of what you can do with your nendroid and all of the pictures were so cute I honestly don't understand how people can choose!

I actually wanted to take like a gazillion, bajillion pictures of this gorgeous little figure, but on the last decent picture a massive, steel grey rain cloud descended upon my house and covered my room into darkness so alas I only have these few lovely pictures for now!

I don't know which is the best part about her... the fact that she has different coloured sakura prints on her hair or that she has two interchangeable mics - one covered in sakura and the other her usual version. I love how you can put a single sakura in her hand or make her eat an onigiri ball. You can also stand her up in a large sakura... type... stand thing (I don't know how to describe it) or sit her down on a stack of cushions. And the face, oh my god, the face.

The choice of three faces is a nice surprise. I honestly believed that you could only have, like, two interchangeable faces but no. She has her ecstatic face (pictured above), her 'emoji' face and then her "oh shit, I've done gone fucked shit up so I'm going to cry and look cute as fuck" face

Just... omg. Oh, one thing I did find out, the cherries you can put over her pigtails are quite honestly the most skinniest and fragile things I have come across and I did accidentally snap one when I was putting the pieces all back in the box... so now she is never leaving the box ever again for fear that I'll kill her. OK that's a lie, the cherry piece shall be fixed and she will emerge from the box again but once my room has been redecorated or when I've moved abroad... I haven't decided quite yet but jfc stupid gorilla paws breaking something immediately, I honestly cannot have anything nice again ever.

I do believe that I will have to take some more photographs of this little angel, when the weather stops being such a temperamental bitch! As I don't own a lightbox or any fancy lighting equipment, natural light is really my only source for things for now... but I'm excited to take some more pictures of this little beauty! Also, it's sad really, but I love the fact that my best friend and I got the same nendroid at expo! Do we have amazing taste or do we have amazing taste? Ok I'm shutting up now before you all want to punch me...

♡ Honest Skin Haul ♡

Now before you all wonder "Hey I thought you were doing a spending ban?" I am still doing that it's just that I ordered this with my last paycheque in March as I had run out of my usual beauty products and so thus that is why we are here. Plus also the packages arrived on the 1st of April so it was a nice beginning to my spending ban that's for sure!

I actually never heard of honestskin.com until someone (probably from the site) left a comment on one of my old posts and so... despite nagging feelings about scams and stuff... I decided to google and upon finding out that it is not indeed a scam site, I proceeded to see what was available and I was really was not disappointed at all. First off; the site was holding a 30% sale so how could you not purchase something at this point? Secondly; the site is extremely easy and straightforward to navigate around and find exactly what you're looking for, which for me is a good point because I get so frustrated when you cannot find the products you want and there is no organisation whatsoever (once bitten, twice shy moment) Thirdly; the payment method is quick, painless and the fact they just use paypal for an option, it is like angel noises for me. So overall this site is ringing on all levels and it is definitely a site I recommend for everyone.

Now, once you've decided all that you've purchased and go on for payment, on the page where it wants you to fill in all of your details, it has a section telling you when the next shipment shall be sent out. When I placed my order it was on the 14th of March and in that section it said that the next date wouldn't be until around the 4th of April... which made me a little agitated but it all worked out in the end as it in fact shipped out on the 19th of March, with a tracking number and everything at no extra cost which was a lovely surprise, and it arrived safely to me on my doorstep on the 1st of April - so no jokes happening there... /l a m e/

Everything came all wrapped up, all lovely and securely in bubble wrap so there were no damages to any of the products inside. 10 gold stars there.

It's Skin Rice Ceramide Moisture Toner, Emulsion & Cream

First impressions; there isn't anything special about this set... it's meant to help keep the moisture balance in your skin and even boost the moisture levels. Like a traditional toner > emulsion > cream kit it contains rice extracts and ceramide (which is a family of waxy lipid modules... google it) and honestly this has a really pungent smell. I also have combination skin so let's see if these products will either dry out my skin or make it extremely oily or hopefully do what it says on the packaging.

TONYMOLY Tomatox & Latte Art Cream-In Scrub

First impressions; I have such a thing for anything TONYMOLY at the moment as their packagings are beyond cute and these two products didn't disappoint in that end of the market for me. My favourite is definitely the scrub as it honestly smells like sugary coffee and despite the fact that it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be (especially for £7 I did think it would be double the size...) it's something I am looking forward to using the most. Also the Tomatox whitening cream I have heard so many positive things about it that it just seemed crazy not to purchase and the smell is really light and airy (if that can even be a thing?) and it doesn't feel all heavy and greasy when I tested it out on the back of my hand.

TONYMOLY Dear Me Balancing Lotion & Toner

First impressions; again it's the packaging... I couldn't resist the pastel pink and white picture online and these products are a re-purchase anyway so nur. I loved how smooth and soft the products made my skin feel and they lasted for aaagggeeesss last time as well so these, most certainly, had to become another investment. Plus as I have a line up of things to actually use, these have been stored into my 'emergency' box for future use.

ETUDE HOUSE Dear My Blooming Lipsticks in BE104 & RD302

First impressions; cute packaging again and the colours are a lot darker in person than they are on a computer screen that's for sure. I got my safe colours (nude and red) just in case and already I'm intrigued by them. I've heard mixed reviews about these lipsticks so I thought it was time to get a couple to see for myself what was happening. Also these have a pretty, non-waxy, smell to them which is always a bonus for me as I love sweet smelling things.

Innisfree No Sebum Mineral Powder

First impressions; sturdy and simple. As I needed a new pore powder and sadly my usual Baby Face Pore Powder was out of stock so I went with this one instead. Hopefully this will be just as good as my previous or hey, hopefully it'll be even better we'll just have to see.

Freebies

The only freebies I was expecting were a few beauty/make-up sample pieces that tends to arrive whenever I purchase anything Korean related and I was pleasantly surprised to find a few face masks inside my parcel that's for sure. I'm excited to try out the Skin Food Black Sugar Serum the most as I've been hearing good things about this particular product and line... so now I can try before (even thinking about) buying!

All in all I've been really impressed by this website and their services and I honestly (no pun intended) recommend it from the bottom of my heart. It's not one of the cheapest sites though when there isn't a sale on... I've noticed that the prices are closer to shop value than trying to be cheaper like other websites and ebay sellers. Mind you, certain products actually turn out to be cheaper on here than via other stores etc so if you do want to make a purchase, do have a shop around and find what is best for you. I will definitely purchase from Honest Skin again though as their services are to notch as well as having products that seem to be sold out on other places.

♡ MAC's Ruby Woo ♡

Today's blog post isn't a review nor is it what I tend to usually write about. Today's blog post is just a "look at this pretty thing I purchased and I want to show it off" kind of post day and I am no way in hell ashamed of it. Other people do it so in a way, why can't I?

So today's pretty purchase is... well the clue is in the title isn't it? This lipstick is the first MAC lipstick I have ever purchased and honestly, I regret not getting it sooner. Unfortunately I haven't got any photographs of me wearing this lipstick yet but I tested the lipstick out when I went into the MAC store in Westfield Stratford over the weekend. Note; I actually purchased this when I was on my date with Charli last month but never got any pictures of it until now, clicky click for a read. 

Doesn't it look stunning?! This red is such an amazing colour that I think I have officially found my 'perfect red lippie' for life. It's also just as red in real life as it is in these pictures so it's not a trick of light or a trick of editing etc. I do now need to find an excuse to wear it out as I'm now stuck in a cycle of work and being at home for a while... until after the 14th of April actually but maybe I'll just wear it around the house every now and again to feel zazzy!

I've always admired MAC as a whole from their cool, sleek designs of silver and black to the different collections they bring out. Also what surprised me the most was the fact their lipsticks smell of vanilla cupcakes! Well my mam says it's just plain vanilla but I seriously believe vanilla cupcakes... am I crazy and the only one that thinks it's vanilla cupcakes? Anyway the smell to mask the traditional, waxy lipstick odour is just to die for and a lovely surprise.

I honestly want to purchase more MAC lipsticks... there are a couple of colours in their online shop I have my eyes on whilst a couple of other colours that I could only find in the actual store as they had sold out online. If I wasn't careful I would probably lose my entire wages and savings just on MAC lipsticks alone... but a girl can never have too many lipsticks right?
